You will also receive a health action plan to jump start your health journey that includes nutrition and lifestyle recommendations
Hormone Intake

This 60-minute visit includes a review of your hormone labs, progress toward your health goals, and hormone prescriptions as needed. A 6-week follow-up call is included to check symptoms and adjust medications. (Cost of hormones not included)
Hormone Follow Up

Follow up appointments are scheduled 3 months after hormone initiation and then on an as needed basis throughout the year. Hormone prescription refills are provided at this visit as well as a focus on functional aspects of health. These appointments are 30 minutes long
Hormone Yearly Review

Your yearly hormone review appointment includes a comprehensive review of your hormone levels, prescription modifications and root cause focus for ongoing health concerns. You will complete repeat labs prior to attending this appointment.
