Integrative Health Consult - Initial

Service Description

Your initial consultation includes a comprehensive look at your past and present health with analysis of lab investigations and current health behaviours. You can expect to leave with suggestions for nutrition, movement, medication review and adjustments as well as lab requisitions for further testing with respect to your health picture. Please note: An intake form is required for this visit and must be completed one week in advance.
