Tammy St. Louis, MN, NP
Tammy St. Louis is a Nurse Practitioner and the founder of Influence Integrative Health, where she focuses on women’s hormone health, midlife care, and long-term disease prevention. Her work centers on helping women understand the powerful role hormones play in energy, metabolism, mood, and overall health, while providing clear, evidence-based strategies to restore balance and support healthy aging.
With more than a decade of nursing experience, Tammy earned her Master of Nursing as a Nurse Practitioner from the University of Saskatchewan in 2019. She also holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and a Bachelor of Education from the University of Alberta, along with additional training in hormone health, nutrition and functional medicine. Her clinical experience includes primary care in a Nurse Practitioner–Led Clinic as well as work at the University of Alberta in Otolaryngology and Head and Neck Cancer.
Raised in Spruce Grove, Alberta, Tammy has deep roots in the Tri-Area community and is passionate about improving the health and longevity of the people she serves. She believes that education is one of the most powerful tools in healthcare and is dedicated to empowering women with the knowledge and support they need to take control of their health.
Tammy is also a founding member of CanDASHA (Canadian Society for the Development, Aid, and Sustainable Health Abroad) and has participated in several humanitarian medical trips to La Paz, Bolivi
Sania Amiri-Ishani MN, NP
Sania Amiri-Ishani is a Nurse Practitioner dedicated to helping patients achieve lasting health through a proactive and personalized approach to care.
She believes that healthcare should not only focus on managing illness, but on supporting patients in building strong foundations for lifelong wellness.
Her goal is to empower patients with the knowledge and tools they need to feel their best and live full, enjoyable lives.
